After an on site inspection, this project was determined not to
be in the Trustees jurisdiction.

Dear Mr. Bredemeyer:
Enclosed please find (2) copies of a survey indicating the proposed
construction of a 2nd story addition to an existing single family
dwelling as well as a proposal to raise the first floor elevation
from 7.39' to 10' USGVD and to backfill around the raised
foundation with approximately 50 c.yds, clean sand. I have also
enclosed a check in the amount of $35.00 to cover the required
waiver fee.
As the above referenced activities are to take place a minimum of
140' from the landward limit of TWL kindly issue a waiver for this
project at your earliest convenience~
