the first part of, in and to those portions of Woodcliff Drive and
Grand Avenue adjacent to said premises to the center lines thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated October 22, 1954 from William H. Mason
and Harry E. Mason and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 3, 1954 in Liber 3784 of deeds, Page 282, and subject to the
covenants and restrictions as contained in said deed.
