SUBJECT TO THE ROLL049ING COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS;
1. That neither the Bald party of the second part, nor their heirs end assigns,
$hall or will manufacture,.sell or souse or permit to be manufactured or sold, on
any portion of the promises herein conVWed, any goods, or merchandise of any kind,
and shall not terry on or permit to be carried on, on soy pert of sold premises any
trade, business, commercial mterprlss, boarding house, or profession ehateoever.
2. No lot or strip of land shall be sold with less than seventy-five (75) feet
fronting on channel;
3. That only one house or bungalow shall be erected or maintained on arty one 75
foot lot fronting on channel.
4. That no dwelling house coating less than $5000. shall be erected on such 75
foot lot fronting on the channel unless the plans are approved In writing by the
party of the first part.
5. There shall be no outside toilets or outhouses erected. An adequate Sewerage
or septic tank shall be maintained.
6. That the said covenants are declared to be and shall be covenants attached to
and running with the land. The said restrictions, however, my be released or
altered by the party of the first part at any tine with the consent in Wit of
of
the owner of the premises at that time.
