ham”, surveyed October 1905 by A. R. Applegarth, Civil Engineer, Filed
November 1, 19051 File No, 450, said lot being bounded on the North by
Park Avenue, on the East by Lot #14 owned by Webster P. Wells, on the
South by Peconic Bay, and on the 'nest by land of Ethel Wells Hayden, al
so known as Lot #12.
SUBJECT to a right of way in favor of owner of Lot #14 over the exist-
ing ten-foot right of way running southerly from Park Avenue along the
easterly line of Lot #13.
The above premises having been devised to the party of the first part
under the Last Will and Testament of Arthur T. Wells, deceased, late
