En-Consultants for Rudolph DeWinter, property located at Grand
Avenue, Mattituck, to construct a one family dwelling, decks,
pool, sanitary system.
Dear Mr. Haje:
The following action was taken by the Board of Town Trustees
during their regular meeting held on January 26, 1989 as follows:
WHEREAS the Town Trustees have conducted an on site inspection
of the subject property.
RESOLVED that the Town Trustees approve the regues= made by
En-Consultants for Rudolph DeWi~ter for a waiver to construct a one
family dwelling, decks, pool, sanitary~ system, driveway, etc. on
property located on Grand Avenue, Mattituck, N.Y., identifiedon
Suffolk County Tax Map as 1000-107-02-2.5.
Please return to the BuildiDg Department for a determination on
the need for any other permits which may be required for this project.

located r.o.w, off Grand Avenue and identified as
SCTM ~1000-107-02-2.5, To find: Go north on Wickham
Avenue. Becomes Grand Avenue. First s~Dne blend
road after Greton Court turn right. Mailbox with
"P~otter-Stiles" is near road. Proceed to end to clearing.
Dear Sirs:
Attached please find a site plan of the projec~ re-
ferenced above.
As the construct is greater than 75' from wetlands,
I assume the Trustees have no jurisdiction in this
matter. Would you kindly verify this in writing.
If this is no~ the case and a permit is needed, please
notify us and an application will be promptly submitted.
