f• '� , THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of February, Nineteen
Hundred and Fifty-eight,
Between LEONE D• HOWELL and LENA F. HOWELL, his wife,
residing at Mineola, Nassau County, New York, parties of the
first part, and PAUL J. KELLY and JACQUELINE M. KELLY, his wife,
Iresiding at 101 Wallace Street, Freeport, Nassau County, New
York, parties of the second part
I WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part in
�c. consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) dollar, lawful money
< o� of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations
' paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and
release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever.
A certain lot of land situated at Mattituck, Suffolk
Town of Southold
County,/New York, and a part of a tract of land conveyed to the
parties of the first part by Mabel Hollister Houghton by deed
dated the 17th day of November., 1925, and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County in liber 1164 at page 180 of
deeds on the 11th day of January, 1926.
Said lot is on the north side of a right of way
thirty (30) feet wide established and now laid out by the party
of the first part, running westerly from another right of way
twenty-five (25) feet wide established by an agreement between
Reeve, Tilly and Hollister (Reeve Ave.) and recorded in the
office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in liber 629 of deeds at
page 168 on the 5th day of September, 1907•
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a
30 foot right of way running easterly and westerly across land
of the parties of the first part 510.26 feet westerly along

said line from the westerly line of a certain 25 foot right
of way hereinbefore described, said point of beginning being
the southwesterly corner of land conveyed by the parties of
the first part to Morris Young; from said point of beginning
running along the northerly line of said 30 foot right of way
5.76038,50" W. 223.03 feet to the southeasterly corner of land
conveyed or about to be conveyed by the parties of the first
Part to Cronn; thence along the last described land N.8044140sE.
163.38 feet; thence along a line parallel to and 30 feet southerly
from the northerly line of land of the parties of the first part
N.84050150"E. 182.37 feet to the northwesterly corner of said
land conveyed to Morris Young; thence along the last described
land S.40491E. 126.77 feet to the point of beginning.
