thence south 23 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds east 150 feet to
a monument; thence south 60 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds. west
191.61 feet to a monument on the easterly side of Bay Avenue;
thence north 4 degrees 34 minutes west 140 feet along the easterly
Bide of Bay Avenue to the point or place of beginning.
JOHN J. KLEIN, one of the parties of the first part herein is
the same person as the JOHN J. KLEIN party of the adbnd part
in the deed dated March 28, 1926 and recorded March 29, 1926
in Liber 1173 of Deeds Page 508 in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office.
HELEN V. KLEIN, one of the parties of the first part herein, has
also beenknown as HELEN BESCHER KLEIN.
