Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary Jobenning to James B. Newsom and Virginia Newsom, his wife, by deed dated September 25, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 27, 1954, in liber 3764 of deeds at page 253, and subject to the covenants, restrictions and reservations set forth in said deed.
