State of Now York, and more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Strohson Road where the
same is intersected by the northerly line of land of Fred W. Williams;
RUNNING THENCE easterly along the said northerly line of land of Fred
W. Williams 199 feet, more or leas, to the ordinary high water mark
of the Creek;
THENCE. northeasterly and along said high water mark of the Creek 51
feet, more or lees, to a point approximately 213 feet easterly from
the easterly side of Strohson Road when measured along a line drawn
at right angles to said road;
THENCE westerly at right angles to the easterly aide of Stroh,on Road
213 feet, more or lees, to the easterly aide of Strohson:Road; and
THENCE southerly along the easterly aide of Strohson Road 50 feet to
the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Mary Jobenning
to James B. Newsom and Virginia Newsom, his wife, by deed dated
September 25, 1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on September 27, 1954, in liber 3764 of deeds at page 253, and
subject to the covenants, restrictions and reservations set forth
in said deed.
