land of Harry and William Mason, 2 courses, as follows:

2) N. 710 421 4011 East 150.0 feet to an iron pipe on said
westerly line of Mayflower Road; thence along said westerly line of
East
Mayflower Road, S. 110 171 2011/150.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right,title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Mayflower Road adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by William H.
and Harry E. Mason to Arthur W. Krebs and Betty Jane Krebs, his wife,
by deed dated March 14, 1958 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on March 17, 1958, in Liber 4438, at page 365.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions as contained in said deed
