paid by the part ties of the second part,do as hereby grant and release unto the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever,all
that tract, piece or parcel of land, together with the buildings and
improvements thereon, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows[
BEGINNING at the point marking the northeast corner of the plot of
land belonging to the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. (said plot being
situated at the southeast corner of New Suffolk Lane and the Main
South Road at Cutchogue) and running thence in a general northeasterly
direction along the southeasterly side of the Main South Road to the
land now or formerly of Joseph Zuhoski; thence in a general south-
easterly direction along the line of the said land now or formerly of
Joseph Zuhoski to a point representing the intersection of the said
line and that of a line drawn in prolongation of the southerly boundary
of the above mentioned plot of land belonging to the North Fork Bank
& Trust Co.; thence in a general southwesterly direction along a line
representing the said prolongation of the southerly boundary of the
said plot of land belonging to the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. to a
point representing the southeast corner of the said plot of land be-
longing to the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. and thence in a general
northwesterly direction along the line of the said plot of land be-
longing to the North Fork Bank & Trust Co. to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT to a right-of-way for the North Fork Bank & Trust Co., owner
of the premises next adjoining on the West, of a width not exceeding
five (5) feet and together with a right-of-way over the premises of the
North Fork Bank & Trust Co. not exceeding five (5) feet in width, the
total width of said right-of-way not to exceed ten (10) feet.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Flora S. Luce,
party of the first part and one of the parties of the second part,
by two deeds one from Donald P. Robinson to Flora S. Luce, dated
April 81 1949, and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 14,
1946 in Liber 2577 of Deeds at page 425, and the other from Sherwood
C. Beebe at al. to Flora S. Luce, dated May 8, 1946, and recorded in
Suffolk L(ounty Clerk's Office on June 14, 1946 in Liber 2577 of Deeds
at page 428.
