of New York, in the area known as "Westview" and more particularly
described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a stake on the southeasterly coal=. of Westview
Drive, 381.48 feet southerly and then southwesterly along the easterly
side, and then along the southeasterly hide of said Westview Drive from
the southerly end of a curve connecting said easterly side of Westview
