THIS INDENTURE, made the a ` A day of February in the year
one thousand nine hundred and fifty-eight,
Between JAMES L. CRAY and MURIEL P, GRAY, his wife, residing
f at 109 Harrison Street, Garden City, Nassau County, New York,
$- parties of the first part, and Gz.RALD B. HOWELL and MAGDALENE M.
SHOWELL, his wife, as tenants by the entirety, both residing at
263 Pennsylvania Avenue, Freeport, Nassau County, New York, parts

S WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part in consider-

etion of the sum of One (01.00) dollar, lawful money of the United

States, and other good and valuable considerations paid by the

Parties of the aecond part, do hereby grant and release unto the
Parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
43 ALL that certain lot of land situated at Mattituck, in the
Town of Southold, County Of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:-

�+ BEGINPIING at a concrete monument set on the southerly line

z of a certain 30 foot right of way running easterly and westerly
at a point on said line 302.0 feet westerly from the westerly line
of a 25 foot right of way established by an agreement between
Reeve, Tilly and Hollister, and recorded in the Office of the Cler
of Suffolk County in Liber 629 of Deeds at Page 168 on the 5th
day of September, 1907 (Reeve Avenue), said point of beginning be-
ing the northwesterly corner of land of Peter Grey; running thence
along said land of Peter Gray S 30 401 30" E 150 feet, more or
less, to a bulkhead line at ordinary high water line of Great
Peconic Bay; thence westerly along said ordinary high water line
60 feet, more or less, to other lad of the parties of the first

art; thence along said other land of the parties of the first

set on the southerly line of said 30 foot right of way; thence
along said line of said 30 foot right of way N 700 00t E 60 feet
to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with sll the land lying between the east and west
boundary lines extended from the bulkhead line to the high water
mark of Peconic Bay.
TOGETHER with a right of way over a strip of land thirty
(30) feet wide, the southerly line of which beginning at the
northwest corner of the land herein described rims on a course
North 700 001 East to the northeasterly corner of the land here-
tofore mentioned as conveyed to Bryant S. Conklin and thence nort
ward over another right of way twenty-five (25) feet wide extend-
northerly
ing/:bom the southerly side of the- first right of way to New Suf-
folk Avenue, hereinbefore described.
It is understood and agreed that the rights herein given
under the last mentioned right of way shall not extend south of
the southerly line of the first described right oiway.
BEING the same premises conveyed by Leone D. Howell and
Lena F. Howell, his wife, to the parties of the first part, by
deed dated February 11th, 1958.
