WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of

second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, at Fleet's Neck, near Cutchogue, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the southwesterly line of Fleet's Neck
Road, 699.69 feet northwesterly along said southwesterly line from
Old Pasture Road, said point of beginning being the easterly corner
of land of Wisniewski; from said point of beginning running along
said land of Wisniewski, S. 440 31' W. 150.0 feet to a monument;
thence along land of the party of the first part, 2 courses, as
follows: (1) S. 450 29' E. 100.0 feet to a monument; thence
(2) N. 440 311 E. 150.0 feet to a monument on said southwesterly
line of Fleet's Neck Road; thence along said southwesterly line
of Fleet's Week Road, N. 450 29' W. 100.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
