WITNRSSKTN, that the party of the first part,in consideration of TER Dollars And other good and valuable considerations xddJm, _ Lawful money of the United States, Paid by the party of the sevand part,does hereby grant and release unto the part/mf the second part, _ their heirs and assigns forever, ALL that part of Nassau Point (formerly Little flog Neck) situate, lying and being in the Town of Southhbld, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as followst BEGINNING at a point at high water mark at the northeasterly corner of Lot number 98 as shown on a map, entitled, "Amended Map A of Nassau Point owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc." dated June 28, 1922, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office August 16, 19229 in file No. 156, running thence along said high water mark of Lot number 98 to the northwesterly corner of said lot, which is S. 56 degrees 38 minutes W. 148.08 feet from the point of beginning measured on a straight line between these points, thence along the existing high water mark of Lot number 97 and Lot number 96 and the high water mark of Lot number 94 as it existed in 1919 to the southeasterly bulkhead of a dredged canal connecting the Bay with said Lagoon; thence along said southeasterly bulkbead, S. 29 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds W 110 feet to high water mark of the Bay; thence northwesterly at right angles to said bulkhead 15 feet to the center line of said dredged canal; thence along said center line of said dredged canal, N. 29 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds E. 177 feet; thence northwesterly at right angles to said center line of said canal 15 feet to a - point on the southeasterly high water line of Lot No. 108 as it now exists; thence in a general northeasterly direction along said LIBEe4562 gacF46? \ high water mark of lot 108 and lot 109, 330 feet to a point also - measured on a straight line between these points; then north- westerly along said high water mark of lot #109, 70 feet to a - point in the direct extension of the line between lot# 117 and - lot #118 as shown on said map; thence along the extension of said line, N. 43 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds E. 160 feet to high water line at the division line between said lot #117 and lot # 118; thence southeasterly along the existing high water line measur- edon a straightline between these points 345 feet to the division line between lot # 105 and lot# 106; thence due south 105 feet - to a point on the existing high water line of lot #100; thence westerly along said high water line of lot#100 measured on a - straight line between these point, 130 feet to a point; thence southerly along said high water line of lot # 100, also measured on a straight line between these points, 150 feet to the land filled by dredging around two small islands comprising lot #95; j I thence around said lot #95 as the high water mark now exists to _ the westerly end of a certain 15 foot way shown on said map at the westerly end of lot #100; thence easterly 170 feet along the southerly line of said 15 foot way;thence southeasterly 55 feet along !_ the southwesterly line of said 15 foot way to the point of beginning. - Except so much of the foregoing premises as have heretofore been conveyed by me.
