BEING the same premises conveyed to Roy D. Grimmer by two deeds:
1. Deed by George G. Tuttle and wife dated October 3, 1925 and
recorded in Suffolk County Clerkts office on October 5, 1925 in
Liber 1150 of deeds at page 119, 2. Deed by Nassau Point Club
Properties, Inc. dated May 11, 1921, recorded in Suffolk County
Clark's office on Acgust 26, 1921 in Liber 1027 of deeds at page
307.
BEING the same premises of which Roy D. Grimmer died seized and
- possessed on February 6, 1950 leaving a Last Will and Testament
which was admitted to probate and Lettere Testamentary issued to
- James M. Gebrig and Long Island Trust Company, formerly Garden City
Bank and Trust Company by the Nassau County Surrogate on February
- 15, 1954, which said Lettere Testamentary are still in full force
and effect.
