in Suffolk County Clerk's office on August 26, 1921 in Liber 1027
of deeds at page 307. 2. As to lot 68 - being premises conveyed by
deed made by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc. dated June 17, 1919,
recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 981 of deeds at page
,546 on October 4, 1919.
BEING the same premises of which Roy D. Grimmer died seized and pos-
Bossed on February 6, 1954, leaving a Last Will and Testament which
was admitted to probate and Lettere Testamentary iesued to James N.
Gehrig and Long Island Trust Company, formerly Garden City Bank and
Trust Company by the Nassau County Surrogate on February 15, 1954, which
said Lettere'"Testamentary are still in full force and effect.
