or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and Improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and befngjRmam at Nassau Point, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No, 68, on a
certain map entitled "Map of Proposed Subdivision, Section R, Nassau
Point Club Properties, Inc. situated at Nassau Point, Suffolk County,
New York, made by Wallace H. Halsey, C.E. Southampton, New York,
June 9, 1919" and fildd in the Office of the Clerk of the County
Of Suffolk on October 4, 1919, as Map No. 945,
The party of the fire,t part being the owner in fee simple of lot
nos. 69 and 69 on theaforementioned map, said lots adjoining the
promisee herein conveyed on the north and south, does hereby for hereel
her-heirs and assigns, renounce and relinquish any easement or right
of way or claim thereto over that portion of the drive as shown on sur-
vey of Otto W. Van Tuyl dated August 9, 1958s whichextends across the
premises herein conveyed and which drive dose not extend beyontl the
North line of Lot 69. The parties of the second part in acceptance
of this deed do hereby for themselves, their heirs and assigns, relin-
quish and renounce any easement, right of way or claim of title over
that portion of the drive shown on the said survey of Otto W. Van Tuyl
dated August 9, 1958, which extends across lots 69 and 69 on the
aforementioned map.
