Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots 101 and
102 on certain map entitled "Map of Nassau Farms, situate at
Peconic, Suffolk County, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor,
Greenport, N.Y." and filed in the Suffolk County Clerks Office as
and by the Map #1179.
ALSO, ALL that other tract or parcel of land situate near Nassau
-1 Point, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on
the westerly line of Bay Avenue 25 feet northerly along said line
from the northerly line of a right of way to Baldwin's Creek as shown
on a certain map entitled, "Map of Nassau Farms situate at Peconic,
Suffolk Co., N.Y." dated Jan. 31, 1935, and filed in Suffolk County
Clerk-s Office Mar. 28, 1935 in file No. 1179; from said point of
beginning running: westerly on a line parallel to the northerly line
of said right of way, to Baldwin's Creek; thence northerly along, said
Baldwin's Creek 25 feet or more; thence easterly on a line parallel
to the southerly line of the premises herein described, to said
westerly line of Bay Avenue; thence southerly along said westerly line

the first part in and to the highways adjacent to said premises

Crabtree and Matilda Crabtree, his wife, and recorded in Suffolk
