or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,place or pareel of land,with the buildings and improvaucots thereon erected,situate,
lying and being iashe at Cutchogue, Southold Town, Suffolk County, New York,
bounded and described- as follows: BEGINNING at a point marking the
intersection of the easterly line of Pequash Avenue and the northerly
line of Willow Street; running thence easterly along the northerly
side of WillaiStreet, 200 feet to land of Ben Horton; running .thence
in a northerly direction along said land of Horton, 70 feet to land
of John Doroski; .running thence in a westerly direction along said
land of Dorosk1, 200 feet to the easterly side of Pequash Avenue; run-
ning thence in a southerly direction along the easterly side of
Pequash Avenue, 70 feet, to the point or place of beginning.

L. Fleet, widower, to the grantors herein by deed dated January 10,
1927 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
