Hillard, an Incompetent Person, party of the firstpart, and SIDNEY BOURGUIGNON and MYRTLE A. BOURGUIGNON, his wife, residing at Bay Avenue (no number), Hamlet of Peconic, Town of Southolds County of Suffolk, State of New York, parties of the second parts W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, the Supreme Court of the State of New Yor at a §peclal Term thereof for Incompetency Proceedings, held in the County of Queens for the County of Suffolk by order duly mad§ and entered herein on the 2nd day of June , 1954, directed the party of the first part to execute, aok- nowledge and deliver to the parties of the second part a good and sufficient dead of the undivided one-half interest of the said Lillian W. Billard in and to the premises herein- after described, upon payment to the party of the first part by the parties of the second part of the sum of one Thousand 4 Two Hundred Fifty (01,250.00) Dollars, NOW THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE tiJITNESSEPH that the i party of the first part, as Successor Committee as aforesaid, and by virtue of the powers conferred by the aforesaid order in consideration of the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred Fift (01,250.00) Dollars to it in hand paid by the parties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does grant and release unto the parties of the second part as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs and assigns for- ever, all the right, title and interest of the said Lillian W. Billard in and to LISEEK02 PAGE322 ALL that certain piece, parcel or tract of land situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Peconic, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows; BEGINNING at a point marked by a concrete monument net at the intersection of the boundary line between lands of Mason 0. Wells and Geraldine Wells, his wife, and the lands about to be described with the northerly line of Pine Tree Road, which point is the southwest corner of the pre- mises about to be described; running thence North 260 46' 10" West along said lands of Mason 0. Wells and others a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Five (2251) feet to a concret monument; running thence North 630 13t 50e East along lands of Ada B. Wells and Lillian W. Billard, a distance of Two Hundred (2001) feet to a concrete monument; running thence South 260 46' 1011 East still along lands of Ada B. Wella and Lillian W. Billard, a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Five (2251) feet to a concrete monument set on the northerly line of Pine Tree Road; running thence South 630 131 50e West along the northerly side of Fine Tree Road, a distance of Two Hundred (2001) feet to the point or place of beginning,
