WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of 3

lawfulmonev of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, near
Peconic, being a portion of lots 58 and 59 on "Map of Nassau Farms,
situate at Peconic, Suffolk Co.,N.Y." filed in Suffolk County Clerk's
office March 28, 1935 under file x/1179 and more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point on the southerly line of Pine Tree Road,
which point lies 60 feet westerly as measured along the southerly
line of fine Tree Road from the northeasterly corner of lot 59
on said map; and from said paint of beginning running thence
S. 640 31' 20" W. along the southerly line of Pine Tree Road a
distance of 60 feet to a point which is the northwesterly corner
of lands of the parties of the first part; running thence southerly
along the westerly line of lands of the parties of the first part
and on a line parallel to the easterly line of Horton Road on
said map a distance of 200 feet more or less to the northerly line
of lot 57 on said map; running thence easterly along the northnerly
line of lot 57 on said map a distance of 60 feet to a point;
running thence northerly on a line parallel to the easterly line
of Horton Road on said map a distance of 200 feet more or less to
the point or place of beginning on the southerly line of Pine Tree
Road.
