Beginning at a concrete monument set on the northerly sideofReeve -
Avenue at the southeast corner of the premises herein described and the
southwest corner of a 20 foot right-of-way; running thence along the.
northerly line of Reeve Avenue two courses and distances as followst
(1) S. 680 40? 4011 W. 245.43 feet; thence (2) S. 830 3e' W. 12.42 feet
to a concrete monument and other land of the party of the first part;
running thence along said other land of the party of the first part

part; running thence along said other land of the parties of the second

line of said 20 foot right-of-way; running thence along the westerly
