BETWEEN LOOISE S. JERSEY, residing at No. 89 Hicks Street,
Brooklyn, New York,
party of the first part,and FRED W. DAWSON and DORIS DAWSON, his wife,
both residing at No. 53 Lynton Road, Albertson, Long Island,
party of the second part,
WITNFSSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and designated as Lot
No. 14 on a certain Map entitled "Revised Subdivision, Property

Inc. at Peconic, N. Y." made and completed April 21, 1930 by Otto
W. Van Tuyl, Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, filed in the
Office of the County Clerk, Suffolk County, New York, April 28,
1930' file number 763, and which map superseded Subdivision made
May 9, 1923 and filed in said County Clerk's Office in File No.
640 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of Northwest Loop where
same is intersected by the dividing line between Lots 14 and 15 as shown
on said map; running thence northeasterly along the southeasterly line
1 of Northwest Loop 122feet more or less to a point therein where same is
intersected by the dividing line between Lots 13 and 14 as shown on
as said map; thence southeasterly along the dividing line between Lots 13
and 14 as shown on said map 196 feet more or less to the northwesterly
P, line of Lot 12 as shown on said map; thence southwesterly along a part
m of said northwesterly line of Lot 12 as shown on said map, 90 feet to
a point therein where same is intersected by the dividing line between
Lots 14 and 15 as shown on said map; thence northeasterly along said
dividing line between.Lots 14 and 15 to the southeasterly line of
Northwest Loop at the.point or place of beginning.
BEING a part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by Georgia M. Jersey by deed dated May 7, 1945, and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk June 4, 1945, in
Liber 2451 of Deeds,, Page 284.
TOGETHER with all rights and privileges, if any, of the party of the
first part to use the 10 foot roadway extending westerly from
Northwest Loop to the bay, as shown on said map, as a right of way
to the beach.
