Raynor and running thence in a general easterly direction along said southerly line or side of Naugles Drive North 71 degrees 19 minutes 50 seconds East, a distance of 100 feet to a concrete monument and lands formerly of Stanley I. Naugles, now Davidson; running thence along lands last mentioned South 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 200 feet to a concrete monument; and continuing thence South 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds East 120.57 feet to the center line of a 20-foot right-of-way hereinafter described; thence along said center line South 74 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds West 100.19 feet to lands conveyed by Stanley I. Naugles to Louise C. Mourn; thence along said lands now or formerly of Louise C. Monro North 18 degrees 40 minutes 10 seconds West 114,36 feet to a concrete monument and thence continuing on the same course North 18 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West 100 feet to a concrete monument set at the southeasterly corner of the lands of the said George E. Raynor and thence continuing on the same course and running along the easterly line of the lands of said George E. Raynor 100 feet to the point or place of beginning, fI LMER4510 PAGE 119 TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest of the parties of tie' first part of, in and to said Naugles Drive, lying in front of and adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. TOGE'RER with a right-of-way 20 feet in width, the center line of which begins at the southeasterly corner of the premises and runs north 74 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds East 202.51 feet to the westerly line of. Naugles Drive. ALSO with a right-of-way 10 feet in width adjoining the southerly boundary of the premises, the northerlyline of which is the southerly boundary line of the premises and the southerly line of which is parallel with and 10 feet southerly from said northerly line, measured at right angles thereto. SUBJECT to a right-of-way 10 feet in width across the southerly end of the premises, the southerly line of which is the southerly boundary of the premises and the northerly line of which is parallel with and 10 feet northerly from said southerly line measured at right angles thereto. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Stanley I. Naugles by deed dated November 30, 1946 and January 11, 1954 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 2901 of deeds at page 39 and Liber 3637 of deeds at page 513, respectively.
