220 301 E. along other land of the party of the first part 6.73
feet to the northerly line of a right-of-way, commonly known as
'Miller's right-of-way", Shown on a survey by W. H. Pike in 1907;
thence N. 850 301 W. along the northerly line of said right-of-way

BEGINNING at a point formed by the intersection of the southerly
line of aright-of-way, commonly known as "Miller's right-of--way"
shown on survey by W. R. Pike in 1907, with the easterly line of the
land, formerly of Joshua T. Young, and running thence from said
point of beginning S. 850 301 E. along the southerly line of said
