and land of the S. F. Tuthill Estate; thence along said land
of the S. H. Tuthill Estate, N.45005)20"E.-50.24 feet to an
iron pipe and land conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the
party of the first part to the parties of the accord part;
thence along saidland oB a line at right angles to said
northwesterly line, S.50 30140"E.-175.24 feet to an iron pipe
set on said northwesterly line of Youngs Avenue; thence along
said northwesterly line, 5.39029120"W.-50.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
