paid by the part y of the second part, do hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, all
ALL that tract or parcel of land situate at Mattituck, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and de-
scribed as follows: Beginning at a concrete monument set on the south-
erly line of Deep Hole Drive at the northwesterly corner of land of
Wilhelmina Dietz-, being the northeasterly corner of the premises here-
in described; and running along said land of Wilhelmina Dietz, S. 60
391 20° W. 350 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark
of Deep Hole Greek; thence westerly along said ordinary high water_
mark of Deep Hole Creek, 60 feet, more or less, to other land of the
party of the second Dart ; thence along said land of the party of the
second part, N. 80 001E.-340 feet, more or less, to said southerly
dine of Deep Hole Drive; thence along said southerly line of Deep Hole
Drive, S. 83° 201 400 E. 50 feet, to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to waters and the land under water of Deep Hole
Creek lying in front of and adjoining the above described Drenises.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties
of the first part' in and to Deep Hole Drive adjoining said premises to
the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED to be for identification only, Lot No.48 on
