J. , t{, ,party of the second part, t�/tyy�( Yt itneoOtb,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars, lawful money of the United States, paid by the parry of the second part does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, RU of his right, title and interest in and to that certain lot, plot and parcel of land, with the appurtenances thereon, lying and being in the Village of Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a stake set in the northeasterly corner of land described in a boundary agreement entered into between the party of the first part and others and party of the second part and another, dated the 22nd day of January, 1927, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, in Liber 1256, pages 217 et seq. on the 12th day of March, 1927, being also the northeasterly corner of lands shown on a certain i:�&p of property filed and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's officeto accompany said boundary agreement, under No. 819, and being also the northeasterly corner of lands heretofore conveyed by Oliver B. Goldsmith and Athelstane Kendrick, as Executors, to the party of the second part and another by deed dated the 7th day of July, 1923, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on the 27th day of August, 1923, in Liber 1078 of deeds, Page 159, and running thence in the extension easterly of the northerly line of land conveyed by said deed and de- scribed in said boundary agreement and map North 890 58' 30" east, 85 ft. more or less to the westerly line of a 20 ft. right of way over land of the party of the first part, run-ning from New Suffolk Avenue southerly to land conveyed by sold deed and boundary agreement; thence along the line of
