ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate in Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows:-
ON the West by Cox's Laud 292 feet; on the North by land of the
Lang Island Railroad about 358 feet; on the East by land of
Leander B. Glover about 203 feet; and on the South by land of
Samuel Hochherger about 342 feet, containing an area of about
two (2.) acres).
TOGETHIAt with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
in and to Cox's Lane lying in front of and adjacent to the said premises.
SUMECT to an existing right of way over and along the southerly end of the
above described parcel, said right of way being one (1) rod in width as measured
northerly from the southerly line of said premises and running from Cox's Lane to
land of Leander B. Glover, which right of way is hereby reserved in favor of said
Leander B. Glover, his heirs and assigns.
MING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed from Long Island Produce & Fertilizer Co. Inc., dated July 9th, 1951
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office July 13, 1951 in Liber 3238 at page 588.
