HALL, residing at 216-27 Spencer Avenue, $ Queens Village, New York City, New York, �t party of the first pact,and ANTHONY ZOTTO and LOUISE ZOTTO, his wife, residing at 45-80 157th Street, Flushing 55, New York party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable ronsideration Paid by the party of the serand pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain Plot,piae or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvenumm thereon erected,situate, lying n beinginthe Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of 1�ew ork,��known and designated as lot number 33 on a certain map entitled Nap of Nassau Farms, situate at Teconic, Suffolk County, New York, Otto W. Van Tuyl, Licensed Surveyor, Greenport, New York and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the COuuty of Suffolk on March 28, 1935 as Map No. 1179. BEING ANI INTENDED TO BE the same prdmises conveyed to Elizabeth Thornley Hall by deed dated June 260 1937, recorded in Liber 1932 of Deeds, page 189, on July 8, 1937, the said Elizabeth Thornley Hall having died a resident of the County of Queens, State of New York on January 10, 1954, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate in said County, which devised the here- inabove premises to the party of the.first part herein.
