WITHESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

January 8, 1945 in Liber 2416,
CP 371; running from said point of
beginning along the Easterly side of Naugles Drive North 160 14 minutes
10 seconds West 50 feet to a monument and land of Harry A. Bach; thence
running along said last mentioned land North 700 31 minutes 20 seconds
East 480 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of Mattituck
Creek; thence running Southerly along the general high water line of
Mattituck Creek 55 feet more or less to land of Arthur H. Frank and
wife, aforementioned; thence running by last mentioned land South 700
31 minutes and 20 seconds West 470 feet more or less to the monument
set in the Easterly side of Naugles Drive at the point or place of
beginning.
