WILSBERG, his wife, residing \ at By Avenue (no at, no.), Mattituck, New York, Y m v o o m {m 5 party of the first part,and ERNEST E, WILSBERG, residing at Ole,jule Lane (no at. no.), Mattituck, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate, lying and being KV* at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County R Suffolk and State of New York, being more fully bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the southeasterly.line of Ole)ule Lane where said line is intersected by the northeasterly line of other lands of the party of the second part conveyed to him by Julius Zebroaki by deed, dated January 2, 1951, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 19, 1951, in Liber 3176 of Deeds, at page 188, and running thence along said northeast- erly line south 29 degrees 19' 30" east 278.23 feet to the deflection point in the westerly line of Ole,jule Lane, which deflection point is 483.11 feet southerly along said westerly line of Ole,jule Lane from the intersection of said westerly line with the southerly line of Kraus Road; running thence northerly along said westerly line of Olejule Lane 80 feet; and running thence northwesterly along other lands of the party of the first part to the point or place of be- ginning. TOGETHER with a right of way, if any, over a certain 25-foot private road leading from the southerly line of New Suffolk Avenue southerly to Peconic Bay. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the premises heretofore conveyed to the party of the first part by Julius Zebroski by deed, dated January 2, 1951, and recorded in said Clerk's Office on January 19, 1951, in Liber 3176 of Deeds, at page 194.
