lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideratlonipid
by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release onto the party of the second part,the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second pare forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or pared of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected;situate,
lying and beingimdbt at East Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on land of the parties of the first
part at an angle in the northeasterly line of aproposed highway,to
be known as "Beebe Drive", said point of beginning being about 800
feet westerly from the westerly line of Little Neck Road and about
105 feet northerly from land of John T. Beebe; running thence along
the northeasterly line of said "Beebe Drive", North 319 44' 20" West,
220.0 feet; thence along other land of the parties of the first part,
three courses, as follows: '
(1) North 589 151 40" East 120.0 feet; thence
(2) South 240 24' 20" East 191.91 feet; thence
(3) South 419 00' 00" West 100.0 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 50 feet in width over said "Beebe
Drive" from a point about 100 feet southeasterly from the southerly-
corner of the Premises, northwesterly, then northerly, then north.
