Party of the first part,and JOHN H. WILLIS and CHARLOTTE L. WILLIS, his wife,
both residing at Fleets Neck Road (no et. no.), Cutchogue, New York,

BEGINNINR at an iron pipe set on the easterly line of Fleets Neck
Road at the southwesterly corner of land of party of the second part,
which iron pipe, as measured along said easterly line of Fleets Neck
Road, is 100 feet distant from the intersection of said easterly line
of Fleets Neck Road and the southerly line of East Road; running
thence along land conveyed or to beconveyed by the party of the first
part to Lester Combe and Edna Combe, his wife, north 74 degrees 281
east 57.54 feet to an iron pipe; running thence along other land of
the party of the first part north 19 degrees 081 west 11.66 feetto
an iron pipe set at the southeasterly corner of said land of the
party of the second part; and running thence along the southerly line
of said land of the party of the second part south 62 degrees 531
west 58.0 feet to the point or place of beginning.
