conveyed by Ernest G. Woolard to Jerome B.i and Helen N. Silliman
by deed dated December 9, 19" and recorded April 14, 1949 in Liber
2939 of conveyances at Page 261; running thence along the southe2�y
side of Laurel Way the following two courses and distances;

(2) South 570 391 East 10 feet to a monument; and the land of Marion
Smith, thence along saidland of Marion Smith and through two mon-
uments South 350 371 40" West 315 feet more or less to Laurel Lake;
thence along Laurel Lake measured on a tie line bearing North 870 '

said last mentioned land and through a boat house North 290 45' 30"
