of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set in the Easterly side of Naugles
Drive which marks the Southwest corner of premises herein described
and the Northwest corner of land conveyed by Stanley I. Naugles to
Arthur H. Frank and wife by deed dated January 5, 1945 and recorded
January 8, 1945 in Liber 2416, CP 371; running from said point of
beginning along the Easterly side of Naugles Drive North 160 14
minutes 10 seconds West 50 feet to a monument and land of Harry A.
Bach; thence running along said last mentioned land North 700 31
minutes 20 seconds East 480 feet more or less to the ordinary high
water mark of Mattituck Creek; thence running Southerly along the
general high water line of Mattituck Creek 55 feet more or less to
land of Arthur H. Frank and wife, aforementioned; thence running by
last mentioned land South 700 31 minutes and 20 seconds West 470
feet more or less to the monument set in the Easterly side of Naugle
Drive at the point or place of beginning.
Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the. Tirst part of, in and to said. Naugles Drive abutting
the said premises and to said center line there of.
Together with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
party of the first part of, in and to said Mattituck Creek abutting
the premises and the lands under water there of.
THIS IS A CORRECTION DEED intended to correct an error of descrip-
tion in a prior deed from HAHRY A. BACH to MARK A. VIOLLET and
NELLIE 0. VIOLLET, which deed was dated the 28th day of February,
1952 and recorded March 21, 1952 in Liber 3332, CP 167 in the Office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
