ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate lying and
being near Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of a 30 foot
right of way at the southeasterly comer of land conveyed by
Jean Fenmore to Gotham Send and Gravel Co. and from said point
of beginning
RUNNING thence along said land of Gotham Sand and Gravel Co.
north 21 degrees 33 minutes west 200 feet to mean high nater
mark of Mattituck Inlet;
TdEN.CE along said high water mark a tie line bearing
north 51 degrees 13 minutes east 157.05 feet to land now or for-
merly of Dominick Parda;
THENCE along said land south 21 degrees 33 minutes east
{ 237 feet to a monument on said northerly line of said 30 foot
right of way;
THENCE along said northerly line of said 30 foot right of
way south 64 degrees 49 minutes west 150.30 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
PARCEL II:
I BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly line of a 30 foot
right of way at the northeasterly comer of land conveyed by Jean
Fenmore to Gotham Sand and Gravel Co. and from said point of begin-
ning
{ RUNNING thence along said southerly line of said 30 foot
right of way north 64 degrees 49 minutes east 151.37 feet to an
iron pipe and land of Naugles;
THENCE along said land of Naugles south 34 degrees 58 minutes
10 seconds east 187.43 feet to an iron pipe;
THENCE along land of the party of the first part south 53
degrees 48 minutes 10 seconds west 157.09 feet to an iron pipe
and land of said Fenmore;
THL14CE along said land of Fenmore and along said land of
Gotham Sand and Gravel Co. north 32 degrees 53 minutes west 216.66
feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way and subject to the rights, if
{ any, of others over said 30 foot right of way between the parcels
} hereinabove described and continuing southwesterly to Luther's Road.
