ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
dd z New York, bounded and described as follows :-
BEGINNING at a point on the eastorly line of Short Road, 385.08
feet northerly along said easterly line from Now Suffolk Avenue , said
point of beginning boin,,� the southwesterly corner of land now or form-
erly of Papurka; from said point of beginning running along said land
now or formerly of Papurka South 76 degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds East
a distance of 150.0 feet to land of Henry Glund; thence along said
land, South 13 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds West a distance of 35.08
feet to a monument ; thence along, land of Stanley G. Case, North 76
degrees 58 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 150,0 feet to a monu-
ment on said easterly line of Short Read; thence along said easterly
line of Short Road, North 13 degrees 01 minute 40 seconds East a dis-
tance of 35.08 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the
seller in and to Short Road in front of and abutting said premises to
the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions of record and
SUBJECT to the same covenants and restrictions as sot forth in a
certain deed dated October, 1952, conveying premises adjacent on the
North to John Papurka and Ruth Papurka, now owned by Paul OIDea, it
being the intention of the parties hereto that the premises above
described shall join with premises heretofore conveyed to John
Papurka, and the two parcels shall thereafter constitute one parcel
of property and the aforesaid covenants and restrictions shall affect
the said two parcels as though they constituted one tract of land.
