hereinafter mentioned deed; thence along said Parcel I two courses and

iron pipe; thence along said Parcel I and along land now or formerly of
William Harrison Case north 80 degrees 061 40" east531.14 feet to an
iron pipe and land of J. Wickham Estate; thence along said land of J.

poet set at the northeasterly corner;bf land of Julius A. Tuthill Estate,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE Parcel II described in a certain deed, dated
February 9, 1955, made by William Harrison Case to Walter Teresko and
Esther Tereako, and recorded in the Office of theClerk of Suffolk County
in Liber 3837 of Deeds, at page 133, on February 10,, 1955.
