paid by the pa fY of the second part,do as hereby drant and release unto the
part ies of the second part, her heir$ and assidns forever, all
that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituek,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound Avenue, at the
northeasterly corner of the premises herein described, said point of
beginning being 200 feet north 84027' west, as measured along the
southerly line of Sound Avenue, from a monument marking the north-
westerly corner of land of Laudenbach; from said. point of beginning
running thence along land of Mary E. Pylko, 3tcourses and distances,
as follows: (1) south 13°53-3011 east, 191.23feet; thence (2) north
84027' west, 100 feet; thence (3) north 13°53'30",west:, -191.23 feet
to the southerly side of Sound Avenue; thence running along the
southerly side of Sound Avenue, south 84027' east, 100 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to that portion of Sound Avenue adjacent
to said premises to the center line thereof.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Mary E. Pylko by deed dated Septe,ber 1, 1959,
and recorded in the office of the clerk of the county of Suffolk
September 3, 1959, liber 4686 of conveyances at page 113.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reserva-
tions, zoning regulations and mortgages of record, if any.
