SMITH, residing at 58 St, Pauls :wad Nath, in the Village of Hempstead, Nassau County, New York, his Q a wife m v w c. party of the second part, One (1.00) WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of XJ[dollaa paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim onto the party of the second patt,the heirs or successors and - assignsofthepartyofthesaundpartforever, an undivided one-charter interest in ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improv®coca ficream erected,situate, lying and beingM= at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the northwest corner hereof at a monument set on the southerly line of a fifty foot strip of land conveyed to Leone D. Howell by deed dated June 2, 19229 and running thence southerly in a straight line six hundred and one-tenth feet to another monument, thence continuing the same course to the Peconic Bay, thence running easterly by and with the veconic Bay to a point which is the continuation in a straight line from a monument set one hundred feet easterly of the monument last mentioned, thence northerly to said monument and continuing northerly five hundred ninety-two and three-tenths feet to -a monument set on the southerly side of said fifty foot strip of land conveyed to Leone D. Howell, thence westerly by and with said southerly line of said strip of land eighty-nine feet to the point or place of beginning. TOGETHER with the rights of way mentioned in a certain - deed dated the 2nd day of June, 1922, between Laetitia Reeve and - others and Robert Seaman, recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office on June 8, 1922, in liber 1044 of deeds at page 160 and being the same premises conveyed by said deed. - TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part of, in and to lends under the waters of Peconic Bay adjoining said premises.
