BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises heretofore conveyed by Ralph W. Sterling to John Julius Fenster, Jr. and Lillian Handles Fenster, his wife, by deed dated July 20, 1934 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 6, 1934 in Liber 1775 of deeds at page 242, this deed being given to correct the description contained in said deed and to confirm that the premises intended to be conveyed thereby are the premises hereinabove described, said parties of the second part having succeeded to the title of John Julius Fenster, Jr. and Lillian Handles Fenster, his wife, and they now being the owners of said premises.
