BETWEEN FRANK J. CACCIOLA and OAN K. CACCIOLA, his wife,
residing at 195-04 45th Avenue, Flushing,.kfew York,
party of the fust part,and EDWARD B. CARLEY and SARAH E. CARLEY, his if
residing at 84-09 35th Avenue, JackgOh'Heigb.tW„'New York,
Party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable eomidera-
tion paid by the party of the second part,docs hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the
distributees or successors and asigsa of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, ' situate,
lying and being at Nassau Point, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being known and designated as the
southerly one-half of lot 24, on a certain map entitled, "Amended
MRP A of Nassau Point, Owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.,
situate in the Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y.", surveyed June 28,
1922 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, C. E. & Surveyor, and filed in the Office
Of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, on August 16, 1922 as Nap
No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part of, in and to the land under water in Little Peconic
Bay, abutting said premises.
SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending
fifteen feet in widthalong and above high water mark, which shall
form part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning
lands on said Nassau point, including the grantees herein.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by George A. Krug covering the above
described premises.
BEING a portion of the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein by
deed dated 5/26/58, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
5/28/58, in Liber 4465, Page 438.
