N. Y., and known and designated as Lot No. Sixty-Six (66) and the
southerly half of Lot No. Sixty-Five (65) on map entitled, "Amended
Bap A. of Nassau Pointe owned by Nassau Point Club Properties, Inc.,
situate in Town of Southold, Long Island, N.Y., surveyed June 28,
1922, by Otto W. Van Tuly, C. E. & Surveyor, Greenport, N. Y., and
filed in the office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N. Y.,
August 16, 1922, file No. 156.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part of, in and to the land under water in Little Peconic Bay,
abutting said premises.
SUBJECT, however, to an easement over a strip of land extending fif-
teen feet in width along and above high water mask, which shall form
part of a common roadway for the benefit of all persons owning lands
on said Nassau Point, including the grantees herein.
SUBJECT to a mortgage held by Riverhead Savings Bank in the present
amount of $10,000.00.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by the follow-
ing deeds: Deed dated 6/9/47, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office, on 6/13/47, in Liber 2717, Page 14 and Deed dated 6/25/49,
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office, on 6/28/49, in
Liber 2964, Page 403.
