Van Tuyl, C.E. a Surveyor, Greenport, N.Y., and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of Suffolk County, N.Y., August 16, 1922, File Number 156, which one-half of said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set in the westerly line of Nassau Point Road at the point of intersection of the southeasterly corner of Lot 103 and the northeasterly corner of Lot 102 as laid out on said map; thence running south 78 degrees 341 20" met along.the division line between said Lots 102 and 103 a distance of 286 feet to the ordinary high water mark of the Lagoon as shown on said map; thence continuing onthe same last mentioned course 7.15 feet to the line-of-bulkhead along the present high-water mark of said Lagoon; thence running north 73 degrees 491 40" west along the line of said bulkhead, being the existing 'high water mark of said Lagoon, 46.85 feet; thence running north 7O degrees 341 20" east 10.73 feet to the ordinary high water mark of said Lagoon as shown on said map; thence.continuing along said last mentioned course 319.21 feet to a monument set in the westerly line of Nassau Point Road; thence,running southerly along said westerly line of Nassau Point Road along the aro of a curve bearing to the right a distance of 68 feet more or lees to the monument.at the point and placeofbeginning, the wER4640 r4r,Fl93 `a distance between said last two mentioned monuments,as established by s tiellne having a bearing of south 18 degrees 04, 40" east, being a distance of 68.09 feet.
