easterly side of Fourth Street; and
thence northerly along the said easterly side of Fourth Street,
75 feet to the point or place of beginning.
The party of the first part is the same person as the
grantee in deed dated 4/29/33 recorded 5/22/33 in Liber 1713
cp 422.
