Grimm; running from said point of beginning Southerly at right angles to said Southerly line of North Road, 120 feet to a stake; thence Westerly on a line parallel to said Southerly line of the North Road, 60 feet; thence Northerly on a line parallel to the Easterly boundary hereof and at a right angle to said Southerly line of North Road, 120 feet to a stake on said Southerly line of North Road, all of the above three courses being along land of said Mary E. Grimm; thence Easterly along said Southerly line of North Road, 60 feet to point of beginning.
