Road; on the south by land of the said Nary E. Roach, and on the west by land of
William Tuthill, being about three (3) rods on the Factory Road, and about thirteen
sods in depth, containing about one-quarter (1/4) of an all be the same more or
less.
BEING AND INTENDED tobe the same promises as conveyed to Nary E. Roach by deed
from Abele A, Reeve at al, dated June 1, 1912, recorded in the Uf£ice of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolkin Liber 1816, page 320; by deed dated Murch 13, 1912 from
Lr= ale recorded on July 19, 1912 is Liber 819 page 1381 b9 dead dated
fro, Carleton R. Yiokhan at ale and I recorded on July 5s 1912 in Liber
