and being at Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Sul"olk
and Stato of Now York, bounded and described as follows;-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on tho westerly line of Linden Avor_ue
at the southeasterly corner of land of Douglas S. Moore, and running
