1922, and filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map No. 776,
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first part
of, in and to land lying within the bounds of any nighway adjacent to said premises
to the center line thereof.
SUBJECT to utility company easements of record, if any,
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated July 20, 1949, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
